The Hypertec SBUPS600VA, SBUPS1000VA and SBUPS1500VA series Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) are the latest UPS Series manufactured by LEGEND/CABAC. The Hypertec SBUPS600VA, SBUPS1000VA and SBUPS1500VA series is designed to supply backup power and power conditioning for home PCs or PCs in a small office or shop environment. The Hypertec series have a line interactive design with stepped square wave output and Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) with Buck and Boost technology to maintain power during mains fluctuations.

The Hypertec SBUPS600VA, SBUPS1000VA and SBUPS1500VA series Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) has many features only found on more expensive units. For example the Hypertec SBUPS600VA, SBUPS1000VA and SBUPS1500VA series Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) has Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) with a Buck and Boost system to hold mains voltage at 240V over a wide range of input power fluctuations. This is provided to save the battery being loaded unnecessarily ensuring that the maximum amount of battery power is available for when the power does go off and also prolonging the life of a battery. This system has a dramatic effect on battery life and increases the battery life significantly meaning the battery has to be replaced less often.

Other great features include Australian Sockets complying with Australian Standard AS62040 on the rear of the unit for ease of use, 2 on SBUPS600VA, 3 on SBUPS1000VA and SBUPS1500VA.
