Keep a detailed record of all purchases you make, whether they're for items
you buy or services you use. Easily recall them when needed and see which
purchases still need to be paid.
Enter quotes and bills that you receive, and any orders that you send. As
their status changes (from quote to order to bill) you can convert the purchases
with the click of a button.
MYOB Accounting does the thinking for you - the GST is calculated where
applicable, part payments are tracked, early payment discounts are automatically
deducted, and even expenses that relate to specific jobs can be easily
identified and reimbursed when invoicing your customers.

stock - MYOB Accounting handles the most demanding requirements, and is used by

For example, you can categorise your inventory into three groups, quickly
identify and purchase items that have fallen below your required stock levels,
track components or sub-assemblies of items and buy and sell in different units
eg purchase by the case but sell individually.

and email addresses for each address.
Create personalised letters for customer-focused marketing and communication
with Microsoft® Word. MYOB Accounting seamlessly connects to Microsoft Office
so you can communicate more efficiently with your contacts.
Use MYOB Smart Tags to get fast access to your contact details and financial
information in Microsoft Office XP and 2003 without opening your MYOB Accounting
company file.

default sales settings for each customer and default purchase settings for
each supplier - that way you'll save time whenever you enter a transaction.
- Record
details of all your phone calls and correspondence and set recontact dates
to ensure you do follow them up as promised.
