Generally we have two methods of shipping: Australia Post and TNT Road Express.
Australia Post can only be used for small items that are light.
Larger items need to be sent via TNT Road Express.
In some instances you will be prevented from using Australia Post
due to weight or size considerations.
Freight charges are calculated from information provided by Australia Post via their web site.
TNT charges are calculated from their latest rate information.
You can find out the freight for any item by registering on our Web Site
and going part way though the checkout process. You do not need to complete
the checkout to determine the freight rate, and you can remove items from the shopping cart
if you wish before leaving the site. |

Payment, Credit Cards & Security
We take payment by Direct Deposit, Cheque, Postal Order and by Credit Card via PayPal.
Your payment is secure because when you pay by Direct Deposit over the internet
you are using the security of your own Bank. When paying by Credit Card you will use the security of PayPal.
PayPal are the largest secure payment site in the world. At no stage will InfoComm see or know your Credit Card information.
Note goods will not be shipped until payment is paid in full unless otherwise negotiated
